Tuesday 31 May 2022: Human rights data for the UPR

UPR Info and HRMI ran a workshop on the 30th and 31st of May in preparation for the 42nd UPR session.

These webinars will equip civil society with key information and guidance to write effective reports for the UPR of UN Member States. These online sessions will also offer good practices and online tools to strengthen the submissions by civil society.

 

Monday 23 May 2022: Human rights in Fiji workshop

As part of the International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia, HRMI ran an online webinar in collaboration with Rainbow Pride Fiji.

In this event, we looked at the HRMI data for Fiji, including the Pacific Region data, and helped journalists, activists, and anyone interested learn how HRMI data can help them in their work.

Thursday 28 February 2022: Human rights data for the global public good

In this Webinar, the Centre for Fundamental Rights at the Hertie School in Berlin welcomed HRMI team members and research experts Matthew Rains, Mennah Abdelwahab, Stephen Bagwell, Meridith Lavelle, Annie Watson, and Asia Parker, to discuss how to measure human rights in the world today, and the value of such data.
