Evelynne (Evie) has over nine years of experience in strategic communications and editorial management within the human rights sector across Malaysia and the Asia-Pacific region. With a strong background on the issues of gender justice, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and SOGIESC, her professional journey has been shaped by a commitment to social justice and a dedication to advancing gender equity.

Evie holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin Eau-Claire and a MSc in Gender, Media and Culture Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
